Q. WHAT SIZES DO THEY COME IN?
Depending on the garment you choose they generally cover from as small as kids size 6 through to adult 5XL. We can advise you of the size specifictions when you are ready to place your order.

Q. OUR SCHOOL IS INTERSTATE, DOES THIS MATTER?
No, We have worked with a lot of schools around Australia and with no concerns. Most of the work can be done by email and phone. We also use a National courier service to ensure a prompt delivery service.

Q. DO YOU ONLY SUPPLY TO YEAR 12 STUDENTS?
We supply to all age groups therefore we cater for Year 6 and Year 10 as well. Any other graduating or commemorative items can also be purchased.

Q. DO WE NEED TO PAY AN ARTWORK FEE?
We have many studio design ideas that you can choose from, if you have your own design idea then you will need to email us your idea and we can advise. You will however have to provide your school logo in an .EPS file. Alternatively you can provide a hi-res PDF or JPEG. Ask you school IT dept for these if it is a problem.  Email us your design idea

Q. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGNS ON YOUR WEBSITE TO SUIT OUR SCHOOL?
Yes – Just let us know what design you are interested in and we can provide them in your school colours.

Q. WE HAVE OUR OWN DESIGN CAN WE USE THAT?
Not a problem, scan your design and attach to an email. We will get back to you with a price and delivery date.

Q. DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER FORM TO SEND US?
We do, when you have confirmed with us what you require we will customize an order form for you. (See sample order form)

Q. HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT SIZE GARMENTS TO ORDER?
For ACT clients we can lend you a sizing kit so the students can try them on. For interstate customers we can provide a detail sizing chart.

Q. DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT, HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed or an Official School Purchase order. The remaining 50% is required upon delivery/pick up.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE JUMPERS TO ARRIVE AFTER WE PLACE AN ORDER??
This can vary depending on the garment and design, In general allow between 4 and 8 weeks. We can advise you once you have confirmed what is required.

Q. DO WE NEED TO PAY A DELIVERY FEE?
We use a national courier service who can deliver to all parts of Australia . Depending on the size of your order we can advise a price for you.

Q. CAN WE PICK UP THE JUMPERS?
Yes, from our showroom in Fyshwick ACT.
